Staff recommends the following wording: <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> • Add to definitions in Section 1605.01: <br /> Subd. 80. Yard. Exterior Side. A side yard which abuts a street or public <br /> right-of-way along the side lot line. <br /> Subd. 82. Yard. Interior Side. A side yard which abuts an adjacent side yard <br /> or back yard along the side lot line. <br /> Renumber present Subd. 80-84. <br /> Add to Section 1320.03, Subd. 3.: <br /> On an interior side yard where it abuts a back yard on a corner lot, a 6 foot <br /> fence is permitted. <br /> • <br />
