CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> NOTICE OF HEARING <br /> TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. Anthony will hold a <br /> public hearing to consider proposed amendments to the ordinance relating to fences <br /> constructed on corner lots on Tuesday, September 20, 1994, at 7:05 P.M., or as soon <br /> thereafter as possible. Public Hearings are held in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, <br /> 3301 Silver Lake Road (enter northeast corner). <br /> Exterior and interior side yards on comer lots are defined. In addition,.this <br /> ordinance amendment would allow construction of six foot fences on an interior <br /> side yard where it abuts a back yard on a comer lot. <br /> Anyone wishing to be heard with reference to the above matter will be heard at said time and <br /> place. Questions regarding this matter may be referred to the City Manager, 789-8881. <br /> Auxiliary aids are available upon request at least 96 hours in advance.
