CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 94-050 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ST. ANTHONY HOUSING <br /> AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY PLAN FOR 3111 SILVER LAKE ROAD <br /> AND AUTHORIZING THE USE OF H.R.A. FUNDING <br /> WHEREAS, the land in the project area would not be made available for redevelopment <br /> without the financial aid to be sought; and <br /> WHEREAS, the redevelopment plan for the project area will afford maximum opportunity, <br /> consistent with the needs of the City of St. Anthony as a whole, for the <br /> redevelopment of the project area by private enterprise; and <br /> WHEREAS, the redevelopment plan conforms to a general plan for the development of the <br /> City of St. Anthony as a whole. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby approves the St. Anthony Housing and Redevelopment Authority plan for 3111 Silver <br /> Lake Road and authorizes the use of H.R.A. financing not to exceed $42,800, plus closing <br /> costs. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby <br /> authorizes the Mayor and City Manager to execute any agreements required to implement the <br /> project. <br /> Adopted this day of , 1994. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br /> • <br />
