Ci1y Manager. <br /> 2 City Manager Mornson reported the tax assessing hearing(Board of Review) for <br /> 3 Hennepin County would be held on April 11, 1995 at 6:30 P.M. The City Council <br /> 4 Meeting would follow thereafter. <br /> 5 Mornson reported there had been no "on the job injuries" reported for St. Anthony city <br /> 6 employees for the year of 1994. <br /> 7 He also indicated that the January Planning Commission meeting had been rescheduled to <br /> 8 January 23, 1995. <br /> 9 IX. NEW BUSINESS <br /> 10 A. Resolutions: <br /> 11 1. Resolution 95-001. re: Designate Mayor Pro Tem. <br /> 12 Motion by Enrooth, second by Fleming to appoint Councilmember Wagner as Mayor Pro <br /> 13 Tem for 1995. <br /> 14 <br /> 15 Voting on motion: <br /> 16 Aye: Ranallo, Enrooth, Marks, Fleming <br /> 17 Abstain: Wagner <br /> 18 <br /> 19 Motion carried. <br /> 20 2. Resolution 95-002. re: Persons authorized to make city's banking transactions. <br /> 21 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve Resolution 95-002, authorizing Mayor <br /> 22 Clarence Ranallo, City Manager Michael Mornson, and Finance Director Roger A. <br /> 23 Larson, Sr.,to make certain transactions regarding city financial accounts. <br /> 24 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 25 3. Resolution 95-003. re: Designate to legal newspaper. <br /> 26 Motion by Enrooth, second by Marks to approve Resolution 95-003, designating the St. <br /> 27 Anthony Bulletin(Lillie Suburban Newspaper) as the legal newspaper for the calendar <br /> 28 year of 1995. <br /> 29 <br /> 30 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> • <br />
