Memorandum of understanding for supplemental engineering services with Columbia 15 Heights, 16 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to accept memorandum of understanding for supplemental 17 engineering services with Columbia Heights. 18 Motion carried unanimously. 19 C. Proposal to perform engineering services for city's 1995 State Aid reporting. 20 Motion by Marks, second by Ranallo to accept proposal from Rieke Carroll Muller Associates to 21 perform engineering services for city's 1995 State Aid reporting. 22 Motion carried unanimously. 23 X. Ordinance 1994-008. re: Water rates( 3rd reading L•- 25 Motion by Fleming, second by Marks to approve the third reading of and adopt Ordinance 1994- 26 008, relating to water rates, amending section 610.02, so as water bills will be computed 27 quarterly based on metered water used at the rate of$.90 per 100 cubic feet or any fraction 28 thereof, commencing January 1, 1995. 29 30 Motion carried unanimously.
