Your presence or that of a representative <br /> will again be required at.this Council meeting in order to answer any questions that the <br /> Council may have. They will then make the final decision on the Planning Commission's <br /> recommendation of your application. <br /> As a reminder, the following is the list of conditions that the Planning Commission <br /> established prior to their approval of your request and their subsequent recommendation to <br /> the City Council. <br /> * Upgrade existing garage structure to match the proposed structure to be built <br /> on Lot A; <br /> installation of driveway and pavement. must conform to code; access to and 7m - <br /> from Lot A must be off of Old Highway 8; <br /> * drainage of water run-off must flow as noted on the January 8, 1995 plat <br /> survey that was presented to the Planning Commission and; <br /> provide to the City evidence of title to the property. <br />
