PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS. <br /> 2 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth'to approve the following claims: <br /> 3 A. American Bank in the amount of$92,745.00 for final payment of 1990 equipment <br /> 4 certificate. <br /> 5 B. American Bank in the amount of$30,811.25 for 1993 street project. <br /> 6 C. American Bank in the amount of$18,873.36 for 1994 street project. <br /> 7 D. Rieke Carroll Muller Associates. Inc. in the amount of$1,866.81 for professional services <br /> 8 rendered from November 27, 1994 to December 31, 1994. <br /> 9 E. Hance, Iverson. Zal2pia. LeVahn. Berndt. & Desmond. Ltd. in the amount of$2,400.00 <br /> 10 for services rendered in January 1995. <br /> 11 F. Five pages of Verified Claims as presented by the Finance Director. <br /> 12 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 13 VII. PUBLIC HEARING None. <br /> 14 VIII. REPORTS. <br /> 15 A. Mayor. <br /> 06 Mayor Ranallo reported he met briefly with the Sports Boosters regarding the gym which <br /> 17 will be included in the proposed new City Hall/Community Center. The Boosters are <br /> 18 now requesting a 90' by 110' gym. He stated the Boosters have now committed to pay <br /> 19 $30,000.00 per year for the next five years to finance the gym. He encouraged members <br /> 20 of the Sports Boosters to attend the work session on February 7, 1995 as the architect will <br /> 21 be in attendance at that meeting. <br /> 22 Ranallo urged the members of the Council to meet with City Manager before the <br /> 23 February 7, 1995 work session_to discuss any questions or suggestions regarding the <br /> 24 sketch of the proposed City Hall/Community Center, as the architect will be in <br /> 25 attendance at the February 4th meeting. <br /> 26 Ranallo reported the Ecumenical Community Celebration and Prayer Day for the 50th <br /> 27- -year anniversary celebration went well. He stated the next event will be the dance at <br /> 28 Apache, scheduled for February 11, 1995. Tickets are available at City Hall and are <br /> 29 $3.00 in advance and $4.00 at the door. <br /> 30 B. Council. <br /> 31 Enrooth reported there will be a meeting in regard to the 1995 Village Fest on February <br /> 6 28, 1995. He asked if the Councilmembers had any ideas to improve the Fest this year. <br /> 33 Ranallo stated that he felt the Village Fest was an important tradition that brings the <br /> 34 community together. <br />
