Arnie Gregory for 2926, 2930, 2938, and 3004 Old Highway 8 (The Arbors at St. <br /> 2 Anthony Village. <br /> 3 Ranallo reported he had received a letter from Roger and Andrea Braun, 3001 Rankin <br /> 4 Road, advising the Council there had not been an agreement on the resolution of the <br /> 5 easement issue. They indicated they have not been offered an acceptable solution to <br /> 6 allow them access into and out of their garage. This letter is on file with the City Clerk. <br /> 7 1. Rezoning Request(3rd readingl. <br /> 8 City Attorney Soth indicated the rezoning could be approved if the Council felt it would <br /> 9 be appropriate zoning for the parcel regardless if the plat is approved. <br /> 10 Marks indicated the rezoning would recognize the actual current usage of the parcel. <br /> 11 Motion by Marks second by Enrooth to approve the third reading and adopt rezoning of <br /> 12 2938 Old Highway 8, 3004 Old Highway 8, and 2926/2930 Old Highway 8, from R-2 to <br /> 13 an R-3 zoning district. <br /> 14 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 15 2. Final Plat. • <br /> 16 City Attorney Soth advised that all the issues in his letter dated June 5, 1995 had been <br /> 17 resolved except for the easement issue. He indicated the Council could approve the final <br /> 18 plat subject to evidence of clear title to the parcel. <br /> 19 Motion by Marks, second by Fleming to approve the final plat for 2938 Old Highway 8, <br /> 20 3004 Old Highway 8, and 2926/2930 Old Highway 8 subject to City Attorney's review <br /> 21 and approval. <br /> 22 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 23 B. Bruce Nedegaard, For XXXX Fordham Drive (The Village Commons), <br /> 24Mayor Ranallo asked the public if anyone would like to address the Council on this issue. <br /> 25 No one came forward to do so. <br /> 26 1. Rezoning Request(3rd reading). <br /> 27 Motion by Marks, second by Fleming to approve the third reading and adopt the rezoning <br /> 28 of XXXX Fordham Drive, The Village Commons, from an R-1, Single Family District to <br /> 29 R-2, Two Family District. <br /> 30 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 31 <br /> 32 2. Final Plat, <br /> 33 Motion by Enrooth, second by Fleming to approve final plat for XXXX Fordham Drive, <br /> 34 The Village Commons subject to City Attorney's final review and approval. <br />
