PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS. <br /> 9 Motion by Wagner, second by Enrooth to approve the following claims: <br /> 10 . A. Midwest Asphalt in the amount of$205,813.85. for Payment Application No. 3 for 1995 <br /> 11 Street and Waterrnain Improvements:` =` <br /> 12 B. Rieke Carroll Muller Associates. Inc. in the amount of$14,063.26 for professional <br /> 13 services rendered from June 25, 1995 to July 22, 1995 for St. Anthony 1995 Streets - <br /> 14 Construction. <br /> 15 C. Foster, O,jile. Wentzell & Brever. LLC in the amount of$2,400.00 for legal services <br /> 16 rendered August 1995. <br /> 17 D. Dorsey & Whitney in the amount of$3,388.96 for legal services rendered through June <br /> 18 30, 1995. • <br /> 19 E. Hennepin County Treasurer in the amount of$26,659.83 for services rendered by the <br /> 20 County Assessor under contract due September 1995. <br /> 21 F. 3 pages of Verified Claims as presented by the Finance Director. <br /> 22 In response to Enrooth, Mornson indicated the Council has not received monthly reports from the <br /> 23 prosecuting attorney recently due to the City's change of prosecuting attorney. He indicated the <br /> 24 Councilmembers should be receiving a report in the near future. <br /> 25 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 26 VII. REPORTS. <br /> 27 A. Mayor, <br /> 28 Mayor Ranallo commended Richard Enrooth and George Wagner for their excellent work <br /> 29 with Village Fest. He reported Village Fest was a huge success.and thanked all the <br /> 30 people`who had been involved with the celebration. Ranallo announced everyone who <br /> 31 was involved with Village Fest was invited to a meeting at his home on Friday, August <br /> 32 11, 1995. He indicated this would-be posted at the City Hall. He reported he had an <br /> 33 interesting evening with the Lindqvists of Salo, Finland and very much enjoyed their <br /> 34 company. • <br />
