CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL. <br /> 5 The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor <br /> 6 Ranallo. <br /> 7 II. ROLL CALL. <br /> 8 Councilmembers Present: Ranallo, Marks, Enrooth(arrived at 7:08 p.m.), Wagner, and Fleming. <br /> 9 Also Present: Michael Mornson, City Manager. <br /> 10 III. APPROVAL OF AUGUST 22, 1995 COUNCIL AGENDA. <br /> 11 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the August 22, 1995 Council Agenda as <br /> 12 presented. <br /> 13 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 14 IV. APPROVAL OF AUGUST 8, 1995 COUNCIL MINUTES. <br /> 15 Motion by Fleming, second by Wagner to approve the August 8, 1995 Council minutes as <br /> 16 presented. <br /> 4 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 18 V. LICENSES/PERMITS/PETITIONS. <br /> . 19 Motion by Marks, second by Fleming to approve the following licenses: <br /> 20 Contractors <br /> 21 Dalbec Roofing, Inc. 548 Willow Drive, Long Lake, Mn(re-roof at Wilshire Park <br /> 22 School) <br /> 23 Quality Asphalt, Inc., Little Canada, MN (replace driveway at 3205 Edgemere Avenue) <br /> 24 Heating Contractor <br /> 25 Royalton Heating & Air Conditioning (Renewal) <br /> 26 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 27 Motion by Wagner, second by Fleming to approve the following licenses: <br /> 28 Temporary 3.2 Beer Permit <br /> 29 August 29, 1995 Nationwide Paper Picnic, Central Park <br /> 30 September 10, 1995, Village Originals Picnic, Central Park <br /> Voting on the motion: <br />
