Action Requested To establish the date and time of receiving <br /> bids and establish the terms and conditions <br /> of the Offering. <br /> 2. Type and Purpose of Offering Proceeds of the issue will be used to <br /> construct a City Hall Community Center <br /> Complex. <br /> 3. Principal Amount of Offering $2,650,000 <br /> 4. Repayment Term February 1, 1996-2010. <br /> 5. Source of Debt Service Revenues Pledged tax increment income from the <br /> City's Chandler Place and Kenzie Terrace <br /> Housing and Redevelopment Tax Increment <br /> Districts. <br /> 6. Optional Redemption Bonds maturing in 2005 through 2010 are <br /> callable on February 1, 2004, and on any <br /> day thereafter, at par. <br /> 7. Credit Rating Comments Moody's Investors Service rating will be <br /> requested. The City is currently rated "A-1." <br /> 8. Sale Date and Time Monday, November 27, 1995, at 11:00 A.M. <br /> 9. Award Date and Time Monday, November 27, 1995, at 7:00 P.M. <br /> 10. Comments The issue will be "Book Entry" through the <br /> Midwest Securities Trust Company of <br /> Chicago.
