Senator <br /> 5 Marty and Representative McGuire will be in attendance at the July 9, 1996 meeting to <br /> 6 provide a legislative update. The Ramsey County Engineers will also be in attendance to <br /> 7 discuss the County Road D bridge replacement project and RCM Engineer will provide a <br /> 8 feasibility report of the 1997 road project. <br /> 9 VIII. PUBLIC HEARING -None. <br /> 10 IX. NEW BUSINESS <br /> 11 A. Resolution 96-038. re: Police Services for City of Falcon Heigh <br /> 12 Motion by Enrooth, second by Faust to approve Resolution 96-038, regarding approving <br /> 13 the Joint Powers Agreement for police services with the City of Falcon Heights and <br /> 14 authorizing the Mayor and City Manager to execute said agreement. <br /> 15 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> B. Resolution 96-039, re: Police Services for City of Lauderdale. <br /> 17 Motion by Wagner, second by Enrooth to approve Resolution 96-039, regarding <br /> 18 approving the Joint Powers Agreement for police services with the City of Lauderdale <br /> 19 and authorizing the Mayor and City Manager to execute said agreement. <br /> 20 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 21 C. Resolution 96-043. re: Silver Lane Turn Back from Ramsey County to the Cityf St. <br /> 22 Anthony. <br /> 23 Motion by Faust, second by Ranallo to approve Resolution 96-043, regarding accepting <br /> 24 the transfer of jurisdiction of Silver Lane from Ramsey County to the City of St. <br /> 25 Anthony. <br /> 26 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 27 D. Stonehouse Restaurant Food Service Contract. <br /> 28 Mornson reported that under the current food service contract at the Stonehouse the City <br /> 29 would be required as of July 1, 1996 to pay Ernie Swanson 9%of gross. Staff is <br /> 30 recommending changing to a rental agreement which would save $1,100.00 per month. <br /> Enrooth asked if other food would be available when Ernie's was not operating. <br /> Mornson stated it would not. <br />
