ROLL CALL. 7 Commissioners Present: Chair Ranallo, Vice Chair Enrooth, Secretary Marks, and 8 Commissioners Faust and Wagner. 9 Also Present: Executive Director Michael Mornson. 10 Commissioners Absent: None. 11 III. APPROVAL OF JANUARY 14, 1997 HILA AGENDA. 12 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the January 14, 1997 HRA Agenda as 13 presented. 14 Motion carried unanimously. 15 IV. APPROVAL OF DECEMBER 18, 1996 HILA MINUTES. Motion by Wagner, second by Marks to approve the December 18, 1996 HRA minutes as presented. 18 Motion carried unanimously. 19 V. PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS. 20 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the following claims: 21 A. Williams/O'Brien Associates. Inc. in the amount of$5,750.00 for professional _ 22 services rendered August 28, 1996 through October 27, 1996 for Community 23 Service Center. 24 B. American Engineering Testing. Inc. in the amount of$278.10 for project testing 25 services from November 16, 1996 to December 15, 1996 for-City 26 Hall/Community Center. 27 C. Bill Bruce A/V Design& Production in the amount of$105.00 for December 16, 28 1996 Meeting with Architect. 29 D. Firstar in the amount of$386,615.00 for St. Anthony 1991A GO Refunding 30 Bonds dated January 1, 1991 for Kenzie Terrace. 31 E. Firs in the amount of$38,212.50 for St. Anthony 94A GO Tax Increment 32 Refunding Bonds dated January 1, 1994 for Walbon Property. 33 F. R. David Photography in the amount of$543.15 for camera sessions with City 34 Councilmembers and Mayor. G. Graus Construction in the amount of$353,579.55 for Pay Application No. 12 for St. Anthony Community Center.
