CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL. <br /> 5 The meeting was reconvened at 7:00 P.M. by Mayor Ranallo. <br /> 6 U. ROLL CALL. <br /> 7 Councilmembers Present: Ranallo, Marks, Enrooth, Wagner, and Faust. <br /> 8 Also Present: Michael Mornson, City Manager and Carrie Luther, Hennepin County <br /> 9 Appraiser. <br /> 10 III. RESULTS OF REVIEWS REQUESTED AT APRIL 8, 1997 BOARD OF REVIEW <br /> 11 MEETING. <br /> 12 Carrie Luther, Hennepin County Appraiser, explained the results of the reappraisals requested <br /> 13 by residents at the April 8, 1997 Board of Review Meeting. <br /> 14 Jeff Amundsen, 3316 Croft Drive: Original valuation was $147,000. After reappraisal of the <br /> 15 property, Ms. Luther recommended that no change be made to valuation. <br /> 16 Ralph Amundsen, 3424 Highcrest Road: Original valuation was $109,000. After reappraisal <br /> of the property, Ms. Luther recommended that the valuation be reduced to $100,000. She <br /> 46 stated this was due to severe cracks in the foundation and structural problems. <br /> 19 Gary Danyo, 3540 Edward St. N.E.: Original valuation was $129,000. After reappraisal of <br /> 20 the property, Ms. Luther recommended the valuation be reduced to $124,000. She stated this <br /> 21 was due to the uniqueness of the property and that it was only a one bedroom home with an <br /> 22 unfinished lower level. <br /> 23 Richard Talbot, 3128 Wilson Street N.E.: Original valuation was $99,000. After reappraisal <br /> 24 of the property, Ms. Luther recommended the valuation be reduced to $95,000. She stated <br /> 25 this was due to the water problems on this property. <br /> 26 Peter Osipenko, 3417 Edward St. N.E.: Original valuation $132,000. After reappraisal of the <br /> 27 property, Ms._Luther recommended no change be made to the valuation. <br /> 28 Motion by Faust, second by Marks to accept the reappraisal of the above stated properties as <br /> 29 presented by the Hennepin County Assessors Office. <br /> 30 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 31 Ms. Luther reported that all of the above property owners had been contacted and made aware <br /> 32 of the results of the reappraisals. As the Council has accepted the reappraisal amounts and <br /> the property owners did not appear this evening to object to the results, they will be notified <br /> by mail. <br />
