He felt the 5 amount paid for these furnishings was not conducive to good money management. 6 Vote on the motion: Enrooth, Faust, Marks, Wagner voted aye. Ranallo voted naye. 7 Motion carried. 8 Motion by Marks, second by Faust to approve the following claim: 9 D. Hennepin County in the amount of$1,014.10 for 1997 property tax, Lundeen 10 property. 11 Wagner noted only %2 of the amount of this invoice was due on May 15, 1997. The 12 other '/z was due on October 15, 1997. 13 Marks amended his motion to approve payment of the $507.05 due on May 15, 1997 14 and approve the $507.05 due on October 1.5, 1997, to be paid at that date. Faust • 15 agreed to the amendment. 16 Motion carried unanimously. 17 VI. OTHER BUSINESS. 18 A. KKE Architects, Inc., re: Proposed Additional Services/Costs Relating to New 19 SAV 2 Liquor Store (Amendment 1 of the Current Contract). 20 Mornson noted this was a motion to approve payment.of an additional $1,800 21 to KKE Architects to design the facade of the Tires Plus Building. This would 22 be bid alternate A. 23 Motion by Marks, second by Faust to authorize proposed additional 24 services/costs relating to the new SAV 2 Liquor Store at the discretion of the 25 City Manager. 26 Motion carried unanimously. 27 VII.
