There.have been no changes in the tax rate, which was <br /> presented'at the October work session. <br /> Most St. Anthony taxpayers will see an increase in their "City Portion" due to the <br /> changes in the class rates. City Manager <br /> The Truth in Taxation Public Hearing Notice will appear in the St. Anthony Bulletin on <br /> Wednesday, November 26'h.
