These redevelopments <br /> consisted of individual projects of 72 to 80 senior <br /> housing units, mall development and 17 to 40 twit <br /> townhouse developments.The redevelopments <br /> occurred in Colorado,Iowa,Florida, Georgia, and <br /> Minnesota.RLK Xuusisto personnel were <br /> responsible for project management,including <br /> feasibility analysis,design,City approvals, obtaining <br /> TIF financing,revenue bonds and conventional <br /> financing, developer negotiations, and construction <br /> management. <br /> South'View <br /> This was the only suburban HODAG completed in <br /> the suburban Minneapolis area. The project was a <br /> joint venture with the Bloomington HRA and two <br /> private developers..RLK:Kuusisto staff member <br /> Richard Krier managed the project, prepared <br /> feasibility analysis, negotiated the joint agreement, . <br /> prepared the analysis, and(with the HRA staff <br /> coordinated the grant application with IRM. <br /> Wood Lake Point/Market Plaza <br /> This mixed use Richfield redevelopment was <br /> managed by RLl;-Kuusisto staff The project <br /> included financing, HRA negotiation, planning and <br /> design,feasibility analysis, and construction <br /> management. This project includes 147 units of <br /> senior housing, a 200 unit apartment structure and an <br /> 80,000 square foot shopping center under the <br /> apartments <br /> Brooklyn Blvd.Redevelopment Project <br /> This housing project,which was completed with the <br /> Brooklyn Park ERA, consists of office and medium <br /> density residential development. The project involved <br /> negotiations, land acquisition and reallocation, the <br /> use of CBDG funds and public improvements. <br /> Richard Krier was responsible for all phases of the <br /> development. <br />
