CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 00-002 <br /> A RESOLUTION SPECIFYING PERSONS AUTHORIZED <br /> TO MAKE.CERTAIN TRANSACTIONS REGARDING <br /> CITY FINANCIAL ACCOUNTS <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony that the Mayor <br /> (Dennis Cavanaugh), City Manager (Michael J. Morrison), and Finance Director <br /> (Roger A.
