3 <br /> . 5/5/00 <br /> CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> ORDINANCE 2000-006 <br /> AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO ZONING AND <br /> PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENTS; AMENDING SECTION 1655 OF THE <br /> ST. ANTHONY CODE OF ORDINANCES IN ITS ENTIRETY <br /> The City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby ordains: <br /> Section 1. Section 1655 of the City Code is amended to read in full as follows: <br /> 1655.01 Purpose. The purpose of this Section 1655 is to provide for planned unit developments within <br /> the City. <br /> 1655.02 Definitions. <br /> Subd. 1. PUD. A PUD is a zoning district and development plan which may include single or <br /> mixed uses, and one or more lots or parcels, and which is intended to create a more flexible, <br /> creative and efficient approach to the use of land. Any PUD shall be subject to the procedures, <br /> standards and regulations contained in this Section 1655. A PUD site must be at least 3 acres <br /> in size, and applications for PUD approval will not be considered for sites of less than 3 acres. <br /> Subd. 2 Development Review Committee. The Development Review Committee shall be a <br /> committee as appointed by the City Manager from time to time to conduct a review of all <br /> development plans for any PUD. <br /> Subd. 3 Sketch Plan. A Sketch Plan means an informal development plan presented by a PUD <br /> applicant as provided in Section 1655.10, Subd. 2. <br /> Subd. 3 Preliminary Development Plan. A Preliminary Development Plan means a formal <br /> development plan in preliminary form presented by a PUD applicant as provided in Section <br /> 1655.10, Subd. 3, and including the requirements set forth in Section 1655.10, Subd. 5(b). <br /> Subd. 4 Final Development Plan. A Final Development Plan means a final development plan <br /> based upon the Preliminary Development Plan and presented by a PUD applicant as provided <br /> in Section 1655.10, Subd. 4, and including the requirements set forth in Section 1655.10, <br /> Subd. 5(b)(4). <br />
