The City of St. Anthony Village believes that there are many benefits to this trail
plan and that cooperative planning of regional and local trails is an essential element of the Plan.
The Plan is an essential element to achieve equitable distribution of regional park facilities.
Benefits to and continuity between regional and local areas could be accomplished, as well.
The quality of life for St. Anthony Village residents, as well as those of several
other inner suburbs, would be greatly improved by the First Tier Trail Plan. We appreciate your
consideration of the Plan.
Sincerely,
Michael J. Mornson
City Manager
cc: Douglas Bryant,
Three Rivers Park District
Our Mission is to be a progressive and livable community,
a walkable village, which is safe and secure.
