ANTHONY 01 <br /> 2 CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br /> 3 NOVEMBER 9, 2004 <br /> 4 <br /> 5 CALL TO ORDER. <br /> 6 Mayor Pro-tem Thuesen called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br /> 7 <br /> 8 PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br /> 9 Mayor Pro-tem Thuesen invited the Council and audience to join him in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> 10 <br /> 11 ROLL CALL. <br /> 12 Present: Mayor Pro-tem Thuesen; Councilmembers Horst, and Faust. <br /> 13 Absent: Councilmember Stille. <br /> 14 Also Present: City Manager Mike Morrison and Assistant City Attorney Jay Lindgren. <br /> 15 <br /> 16 CONSIDERATION, DISCUSSION,AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON ALL OF THE FOLLOWING <br /> 17 ITEMS. <br /> 18 <br /> 19 I. APPROVAL OF NOVEMBER 9,2004 CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. <br /> 20 Motion by Councilmember Foust, seconded by Councilmember Horst, to approve the City <br /> 21 Council Meeting Agenda of November 9, 2004. <br /> 22 <br /> 23 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 24 <br /> 25 II. PROCLAMATIONS AND RECOGNITIONS. <br /> 26 None. <br /> 27 <br /> 28 III. CONSENT AGENDA. <br /> 29 1. Consider licenses and permits. <br /> 30 2. Consider payment of claims. <br /> 31 3. Resolution 04-071 2005 Ramsey County Score Grant. <br /> 32 <br /> 33 Discussion: <br /> 34 Councilmember Faust requested the removal of Consent Agenda Item C, Resolution 04-071, so <br /> 35 the public can be informed of this resolution. <br /> 36 <br /> 37 Motion by Councilmember Horst, seconded by Councilmember Faust,to approve the Consent <br /> 38 Agenda with the removal of Item C for a separate vote. <br /> 39 <br /> 40 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 41 <br /> 42 C. Resolution 04-071 2005 Ramsey County Score Grant <br /> 43 <br /> 44 Motion by Councilmember Faust, seconded by Councilmember Horst, to adopt Resolution 04- <br /> 45 071, 2005 Ramsey County Score Grant. <br /> 46 <br /> 47 Discussion: <br /> 48 Councilmember Faust explained this grant is for revenues to be used in the recycle program. <br /> 49 The City receives two such grants, one from Hennepin County and one from Ramsey County. <br />
