CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> NOTICE OF HEARING ON ASSESSMENTS <br /> FOR SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> NO. 1975-001 <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the <br /> City of St. Anthony, Minnesota, will meet in the Council Chambers <br /> of the Civic Center on Tuesday, August 24, 1976, at 8 :00 o'clock <br /> P.M. , to hear, consider and pass upon all written or oral objections , i <br /> if any, to proposed assessments in respect to Sidewalk Improvement <br /> Project No. 1975-001. The proposed assessment roll is now on file <br /> and open to public inspection by all persons interested, in the <br /> office of the City Clerk. <br /> The general nature of Sidewalk Improvement Project No. <br /> 1975-001 is concrete sidewalks along the west side of Silver Lake <br /> Road from 37th Avenue N.E. to Silver Lane. The area proposed to <br /> be assessed is all tracts and parcels of land abutting the <br /> improvement. <br /> I <br /> Written or oral objections to the proposed assessment <br /> will be heard at said time and place. <br /> Property owners may appeal an assessment to district <br /> court pursuant to Section 429 .081, Minnesota Statutes. <br /> By Order of the City Council, July 13 , 1976 <br /> • <br /> Carol B.
