RESOLUTION NO. 76-002 <br /> RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MARCH 15,1976 <br /> AS CUT OFF DATE FOR RECEIVING PETITIONS <br /> FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS the City Council of the City of St. Anthony has considered <br /> its construction program and, <br /> WHEREAS the Council deems it necessary to establish a time limit <br /> on the requests for public improvements .so as to insure adequate time to comply <br /> with the improvement procedures as establ-i:shed in the Minnesota State Statutes. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council -of the City of <br /> St. Anthony hereby establishes March 15th as the fi.nai day for accepting <br /> Petitions for public improvements to be included in the 1976 construction <br /> Program. <br /> ADOPTED: January 6, 1976 <br /> Magor <br /> ATTEST: tq <br /> Clerk <br /> C ty Ma ger <br /> a <br />
