RESOLUTION NO. 76-004 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ENGINEERING <br /> HELP FROM MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF <br /> HIGHWAYS <br /> BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to statutory authority, the St. <br /> Anthony City Engineer for and on behalf of the City of St. Anthony is <br /> hereby authorized upon approval of the City Manager to request and obtain <br /> from the Minnesota Department of Highways ; needed engineering and technical <br /> services during the year 1976; for which payment will be made by the <br /> City of St. Anthony upon receipt of verified claims from the Commissioner <br /> of Highways. <br /> Adopted: January 6, 1976 <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: Ute <br /> Clerk <br /> C'ty Man ger <br />
