RESOLUTION 76-015 <br /> RESOLUTION .AU.THORIZING SUBMISSION. OF THE CITY OF ST. <br /> ANTHONY GRANT APPLICATION TO HENNEPIN COUNTY FOR <br /> INCLUSION IN THE URBAN HENNEPIN COUNTY COMMUNITY <br /> DEVELOPMENT BLOCK .GRANT APPLICATION, IN-ACCORD WITH <br /> THE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974 . <br /> WHEREAS, . the- City of St. Anthony. has executed a joint powers agreement <br /> with Hennepin County thereby agreeing :to participate in a Grant <br /> Application under .the Urban County designation provided for in the <br /> Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, and <br /> WHEREAS, a grant application has been prepared requesting funds to <br /> undertake a community development program, including appropriate <br /> citizen participation, goal establishment and implementation plans <br /> and procedures. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that, City 'Council, City of St. Anthony <br /> does hereby adopt the proposed Community Development Plan and PrOgram <br /> and.
