RESOLUTION 76-o19 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION OF TEIE REVISED CITC OF <br /> ST. ANTHONY GRANT APPLICATION TO HENNEPIN COUNTY FOR <br /> INCLUSION IN THE URBAN HENNEPIN COUNTY COMMUNITY <br /> DEVELOPMENT BLACK GRANT APPLICATION, IN ACCORD WITH THE <br /> HOUSING AMID COMMUNITY DEVEIAPMENT ACT OF 1974. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony has executed a joint powers agreement <br /> with Hennepin County thereby agreeing to participate in a Grant <br /> Application under the Urban County designation provided for in the <br /> Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, and <br /> WHEREAS., a grant application has been prepared requesting funds to <br /> undertake a community development program, including appropriate <br /> citizen participation, goal establishment and implementation plans <br /> and procedures. <br /> WHERFAS, the Housing Assistance Plan prepared by the Cit•J of St. Anthony <br /> and contained in the original grant application was not in conformation <br /> with Metropolitan Council housing policy. <br /> WHEREAS, the City has revised the Housing Assistance Plan to conform to the <br /> variance granted to the City from the housing policy by the Human Resources <br /> Committee. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE) BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. <br /> Anthony does hereby approve the revision of the proposed Community Development <br /> Plan and Program and Housing Assistance Plan and authorizes submission of <br /> said revisions to Hennepin County as the Urban County Community Development <br /> Block Grant Applicant. <br /> Adopted May 11, 1976 <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: �ytilo�� <br /> Clerk <br /> City Manage <br />
