RESOLUTION NO. 76-021 <br /> A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PRELIMINARY PLANS. <br /> FOR THE UPGRADING OF COUNTY ROAD D FROM SILVER <br /> LAKE ROAD TO THE CITY LIMITS AND TO AUTHORIZE <br /> HENNEPIN COUNTY TO PROCEED WITH THE ACQUISITION <br /> OF RIGHT OF WAY' AND/OR EASEMENTS FOR THE PROJECT <br /> NO. 7205 <br /> WHEREAS, Preliminary plans for Project No. 7205 showing the proposed <br /> improvement of County State Aid Highway No. 93 within the limits of the City <br /> has been prepared and presented to the City. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said Preliminary Plans be in all things <br /> approved and that Hennepin County is. hereby authorized by the City to acquire <br /> all rights of way, permits and/or easementsrequired for said improvement in <br /> accordance with said ,Preliminary .Plans. <br /> Dated this 11th .day of May, 1976 <br /> ayor , <br /> ATTEST: �ytJ <br /> Clerk <br /> C' y Man Per <br /> certify that this is a true and accurate copy of St. Anthony records. <br /> Date <br />
