RESOLUTION NO. 76-023 j <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT <br /> BE IT RESOLVED b the Cit Council of the Cit of <br /> Y Y y <br /> St. Anthony, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> 1. It is hereby found and determined that notice <br /> of hearing on a street improvement in the city was <br /> duly mailed on June 4 , 1976 and published in the <br /> St. Anthony Sun, the official newspaper of the City, <br /> on June 2nd, and June 9th, 1976, as required by <br /> Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 , and as ordered <br /> by the City Council on May 25, 1976 . <br /> 2. A public hearing having been held on this date <br /> and opportunity having been given at such hearing <br /> to all persons to make known their views on said <br /> improvement, and this Council being fully advised <br /> of the pertinent facts, does hereby order the <br /> construction of said improvement, described as: <br /> concrete curb and gutter, catch basins, bituminous <br /> paving and necessary appurtenant work. <br /> 3 .
