RESOLUTION NO. 76-024 <br /> A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE CONTRACT FOR <br /> STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 1976-1 <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony has <br /> caused the City Engineer to take estimates with respect to <br /> Street Improvement Project 1976-1, more specifically described in <br /> the plans and specifications for said project, and <br /> WHEREAS, bids were opened with respect to said improvement <br /> project on June 17, 1976 , at 12 : 00 o' clock noon <br /> AND WHEREAS , the low bidder is Dunkley Surfacing, 3737 East <br /> River Road, Minneapolis , MN. 55421, with a bid of $272 , 912 . 50 . <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City <br /> of St. Anthony, Minnesota, as follows : <br /> 1. The bid of Dunkley Surfacing for Street Improvement 1976-1, <br /> is hereby accepted, and the City Council of the City of St. <br /> Anthony hereby awards said contract to Dunkley Surfacing in <br /> the aforementioned amount with respect to said improvement project, <br /> and the Mayor and the City Manager are hereby authorized and <br /> directed to execute said contract on behalf of the City of <br /> St. Anthony. <br /> 2.
