RESOLUTION NO.' 76-032 Relating to Parking Restrictions on S.q. 161-102-02 (29th Ave. N.E.) from Stinson Blvd to U.S. T.H. No 8 St. Anthony, Minnesota. .I. THIS RESOLUTION, passed this 13th day of July 1976, by the City of St. Anthony, in Ramsey and.Hennepin counties, Minnesota. -The Municipal corporation shall hereinafter be called the "City"; WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, the "City" has planned the improvement of MSAS 102 (29th Ave N.E.) from Stinson Blvd td U.S. T.H. No 8 WHEREAS, the "City", will be expending Municipal State Aid Funds on the improvement of said Street, and ! WHEREAS, said improvement does not conform to the approved minimum standards as previously adopted for such Municipal State Aid Streets and that approval of the proposed construction as a Municipal State Aid Street project must, therefore be conditioned upon I certain parking restrictions, and f i 1-HF.REAS, the extent of these restrictions that would be necessary prerequisite to i the approval of this construction as a Municipal State Aid project in the "City", has been determined. ' 4 NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: ! f ! That the "City" shall ban the parking of motor vehicles on the side of the street (`tSAS 102 29th Ave N.E. from Stinson Blvd to D.S. T.H.
