RESOLUTION NO. 76-038 <br /> • A. RESOLUTION CREATING FUND NO. 17 <br /> T-1hereas , the City Council has authorized that a grant application <br /> for home improvement grant funds be submitted to the -rRinnesota <br /> Housing Finance Agency. <br /> Whereas, that application has been approved by the M.H.F.P.. <br /> Whereas , the M.H.F .A. requires that home improvement grant funds be <br /> account(' for in a separate and distinct fund or account. <br /> Now, therefore, be it known that Fund No. 17 is hereby created and <br /> known as "M.H.F .A.
