• RESOLUTION 76 043 <br /> A RESOLUTION REGARDING THE INSTALLATION <br /> OF PROPER CURBING AT CROSSWALKS IN THE <br /> AREA OF KENZIE TERRACE, ST. ANTHONY BLVD. <br /> AND. SILVER LAKE ROAD <br /> WHEREAS, MS 471. 464 requires that all new sidewalks installed <br /> must at corners have curbs that allow handicapped persons and others <br /> with special problems to make the transition from the sidewalk to the <br /> street and; <br /> . WHEREAS, the Minnesota Department of Highways when improving TH 8 <br /> and abutting roads in .the City of St. Anthony did not comply with <br /> MS 471. 464; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City <br /> of St. Anthony does hereby request that the MHD make the necessary <br /> revisions in the intersections of TH 8 and St. Anthony Boulevard and <br /> in the intersection of St. Anthony Boulevard, Kenzie Terrace and Silver <br /> Lake Road to comply with standard Plate No. 7036A approved by the <br /> Commissioner of Highways on September 2 , 1969 . <br /> Adopted: <br /> ayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Clerk <br /> Ci7 Mana er <br />
