RESOLUTION 76 - 049 A RESOLUTION APPROVDING THE CLASSIFICATION AND SALE BY RAMSEY COUNTY OF THE TAX FORFEITED PRO- PERTY ON THE N.W. CORNER OF 37TH AVENUE N.E. AND CHANDLER DRIVE WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Ramsey County by resolution dated October 4 , 1976 , Classified as non--conservation land, certain land lying with the limits of the City of St. Anthony; and WHEREAS , A certified copy of the classification resolution to- gether with a list of the land classified has been submitted for approval of the classification and sale of the land classified in accordance with MSA, Section 282 . 01 sub. 1; NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED That the classification of the land shown on said list as non-conservation land and the sale thereof be and hereby is approved; and • BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the City Clerk be and hereby author- ized to file a certified copy of this resolution in the Office of the Land Commissioner.
