RESOLUTION 80-012 <br /> A RESOLUTION INCREASING THE CITY <br /> LICENSE FEE FOR CLUB LICENSES UN- <br /> DER M.S. 340. 11, SUBDIVISION 11. <br /> WHEREAS, Chapter 325•,, Laws 1979 gave the City the option to <br /> increase the license fee for club liquor licenses is°sued under <br /> M.S. 340.11, Subdivision 11; - <br /> WHEREAS, the previous state established fee of $100 was inadequate <br /> to meet the City' s administrative expenses; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, .BE IT RESOLVED that the license fee for club <br /> licenses issued under M.S. 340.11, Subdivision 11 is hereby <br /> increased to $300. 00. <br /> Adopted this 22nd day of January, 1980. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for Administration: <br /> Ci Manager <br />
