pr <br /> RESOLUTION 80-015 <br /> A RESOLUTION SUPPORTING A CHANGE IN <br /> MINNESOTA STATUTES 275. 50, SUBDIVI- <br /> SION 5 (n) (FORM 280, SCHEDULE -I) . <br /> WHEREAS, the City has a great dependence on the municipal liquor <br /> operation for operating expenses, <br /> WHEREAS, while the operation' s profits have increased in recent <br /> years, they. have not grown proportionately to inflation in the <br /> 1970 ' s, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the St. Anthony City Council <br /> desires that a change in Minnesota Statutes 275.50, Subdivision <br /> 5 (n) be made to index miscellaneous revenue sources to the C.P.I . <br /> and -to only include those revenues which are used for General <br /> Operating Fund financed. services. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is directed to forward <br /> a copy of -.this resolution to the City 's Representatives and Senators . <br /> Adopted this 12th day of February, 1980 <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for Administration: <br /> City Pdnager <br /> o - J <br />
