RESOLUTION 80-017 <br /> A RESOLUTION TERMINATING FUNDS NOS. 69 AND 75A <br /> WHEREAS, debt service funds Nos. 69 and 75A have met all out- <br /> standing liabilities for principal, interest and other payments., <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council desires to release the monies in these <br /> two funds for other purposes. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that $6 ,763 . 37 be transferred from <br /> Fund No. 69 and $1,736 . 63 be transferred from Fund No. 75A hereby <br /> terminating these funds and transferring the sum of $8,500 . 00 to <br /> Fund No. 80 - Water Fund Reserve. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any future receivables due to the <br /> present Funds 69 and 75A be received into the Water Reserve Fund <br /> (No. 80) as both of these bond issues were for water improvement <br /> projects. <br /> Adopted this day of 1980 . <br /> Mayor <br /> • <br /> ATTEST : <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for Administration: <br /> City, nager <br /> • <br />
