RESOLUTION 80-025 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND <br /> CITY MANAGFR TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT <br /> • WITH MWCC FOR THE INFLOWS AND INFILTRAT_ <br /> ION STUDY PROJECT COSTS . <br /> WHEREAS , The City of St. Anthony has met the requirements <br /> of qualifying for an I/I Study grant by soliciting engineering <br /> firms and submits to MPCA and the EPA the procedure used in <br /> soliciting and evaluating the consultant and has negotiated <br /> a contract with the consultant; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the Mayor and City Manager of the City of <br /> St. Anthony are her authorized to enter into an agreement <br /> with the MWCC to provide 10% local share of the project costs <br /> of the Inflows and Infiltration Study and the City will be <br /> responsible for submitting engineering reports to the MPCA <br /> and submitting payment requests . to the MWCC. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Manager are <br /> authorized to enter into an agreement with Planning, Design <br /> and Research,Eng. for the I/I study pursuant to their proposal <br /> of March 20 , 1980 . <br /> Adopted : April 8 , 1980 . <br /> Mayor <br /> i <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration : Q ?Y, <br /> ty Manager <br /> J <br /> i <br />
