AGREEMENT FOR MAINTENANCE SERVICES <br /> • This agreement by and between the City of St. Anthony <br /> Minnesota, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as the ' City, <br /> and the County of Ramsey, a political subdivision of the State of I':.innesota, <br /> hereinafter referred to as the "County;" <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey County Engineers Department is responsible for the main- <br /> tenance of certain roadways within said City and roadway sweeping is a portion <br /> of that maintenance, and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony proposes to assume the <br /> roadway sweeping for the year 1980, and <br /> WHEREAS, the County agrees to reimburse the City for performance of these <br /> services., <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. The City shall sweep 0.48 miles of County roadways. <br /> 2. The City shall provide this service for $372.09 per mile (per year); <br /> the total cost will be $ $178.60 <br /> • 3. The City shall provide complete sweeping services and disposal of sweep- <br /> ings at least twice during the season. <br /> 4.
