ANTHONY PUBLIC• WORKS DEPARTMENT Whereas, the Master Agreement Between the City and Operating Engineers Local No. 49 has been ratified. Whereas, said ratification included "local issues" negotiations. Whereas, said local negotiations have been concluded. Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved that ARTICLE XXII of the Master Agreement, Appendix A and Appendix B are hereby approved and the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf of the City. i Adopted this T�� day of cX_.,) , 1980.
