RESOLUTION 80-052 <br /> A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING PRE-REVIEW <br /> REQUIREMENTS HAVE BEEN SATISFIED <br /> WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Land Planning Act requires local govern- <br /> mental units to prepare comprehensive plans and submit them to the <br /> Metropolitan Council for review; and <br /> WHEREAS, this plan entitled City of St. Anthony Comprehensive Plan, <br /> represents the response to City of St. Anthony to the requirements <br /> of the Metropolitan Land Planning Act; and <br /> WHEREAS, this pl4n was adopted by the City of St. Anthony Planning <br /> Commission on June 3 , 1980 following public hearings with required <br /> legal notice; and <br /> WHEREAS, this plan was sent to the Cities of Columbia Heights , New <br /> Brighton, Roseville, Minneapolis and the Counties of Anoka, Ramsey <br /> and Hennepin, and School District 282 , and to the 'Metropolitan <br /> Council for review and comment on January 10 , 1980; and <br /> • WHEREAS, this plan was considered and accepted, but not adopted, by <br /> the St. Anthony City Council on July 22 , 1980 ; and <br /> WHEREAS , this plan shall be transmitted to the Cities of Columbia <br /> Heights, New Brighton, Roseville, Minneapolis and the Counties of <br /> Anoka, Ramsey and Hennepin, and School District 282 , and to the <br /> Metropolitan Council concurrently with submission to the Met- <br /> ropolitan Council for formal review under the Metropolitan Land <br /> Planning Act. <br /> Beit hereby resolved by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> that the City Manager is authorized and directed to submit this plan <br /> to the Chairman of the Metropolitan Council for review under Section <br /> 473.175 of the Metropolitan Land Planning .Act. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony this � <br /> day of (� � 1980 . <br /> f <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> .
