RESOLUTION 80-058 <br /> A RESOLUTION REGULATING THE- USE OF LIQUORS, <br /> INCLUDING NON-INTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR <br /> (3 . 2 BEER) , IN CITY PARKS <br /> Whereas, the City Council receives requests for permits to consume <br /> alcoholic beverages in City Parks, <br /> Whereas, such consumption is permitted under Code. _of Ordinances <br /> Sec. 220 : 05, Subd. 14. by Council permit only, <br /> Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved that., any permit for the use of. <br /> liquors, including non-intoxicating malt liquor shall be subject to <br /> the following procedures and regulations : <br /> 1. Applications must be in writing and on such forms as .the <br /> City may provide. <br /> 2. Applicants must be at .least 19 years -of age. <br /> 3. Applicants must either reside or work -in St. Anthony. <br /> 4. A cash deposit of $50.00 must be .made with. the City Clerk <br /> to guarantee clean-up- which may be. forfeited if clean-up <br /> is not- done in a satisfactory manner. <br /> • 5. The permit is for consumption by the applicant and bonafide <br /> members of his/her group. The permit does not allow the <br /> sale or gift of liquor to other persons . <br /> 6. The applicant is responsible for the conduct of his group.. <br /> 7 . Requests for a permitmust be made at least two weeks prior <br /> to the requested date. <br /> 8 . The use of park facilities is to be coordinated through the <br /> Community Services Department of I .S.D. 282 . <br /> 9.
