Section 330 :61 provides for the sub- <br /> division of land without platting if certain conditions have been <br /> met, and <br /> Whereas, Lot 1, Block 1, Blanske Addition has been requested to <br /> be subdivided- by said means, and <br /> Whereas, the necessary public hearing has been held, and <br /> Whereas, compliance. with the platting requirements of Section <br /> 330 would create an unnecessary hardship because of -the nature of <br /> the subdivision, and <br /> Whereas, failure to require the filing of a',plat does not <br /> interfere with the purposes. of Section 330. <br /> Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved that the division of Lot 1, <br /> Block 1, Blanske Addition, into the two following described parcels <br /> • is hereby approved. <br /> Parcel "A" <br /> Lot 1, Block 1, BLANSKE.
