'J RESOLUTION 80-064 RESOLUTION CALLING FOR PUBLIC HEARING PURSUANT MINNESOTA STATUTES, SECTION 474.01, SUBD. 7b, AND PUBLICATION OF NOTICE WHEREAS, a proposal has been made to this Council by Loren Swanson (the "Applicant" ) to undertake a project (the "Project" ) pursuant to the Minnesota Municipal Industrial Develop- ment Act; Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 474, (the "Act" ) ; and WHEREAS, the Project consists of the constructing and equipping of an approximately 11,000 square foot engineering and administration building to be located in the City of St. Anthony, Minnesota, to be, developed and owned by Loren Swanson, as an indi- vidual, and to be leased to tenants including Central Engineering Company, a Minnesota corporation; and WHEREAS, Section 474.01, Subd. 7b, of the Act requires this Council to conduct a public hearing on said proposal and to publish notice of said public hearing not less than 15 days nor more than 30 days prior to the date fixed for the hearing; and • WHEREAS, the Applicant has delivered to this Council a draft copy of a. proposed application to the Minnesota Commissioner of Securities, together with all attachments and exhibits thereto, and said application, attachments and exhibits are now on file with the City Clerk; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY, MINNESOTA: That a public hearing shall be conducted by this Council on the proposal to undertake and finance the Project on October 28th , 1980 at 8 o'clock P.M. in the City, at which hearing all parties who appear shall be given an opportunity to ex- press their views with respect to said. proposal.
