RESOLUTION 80-070 <br /> A RESOLUTION COMMENDING ALLAN HAWKINSON <br /> • FOR HIS 23 YEARS OF SERVICE AS A <br /> PATROLMAN FOR THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> WHEREAS , Allan Hawkinson provided the City with 23 years of dis- <br /> tinguished service as a policeman. <br /> WHEREAS , Allan Hawkinson has faithfully discharged his duties <br /> as patrolman., acting with dignity and compassion for the better- <br /> ment of the Community and the police profession, in very <br /> difficult and changing times. <br /> WHEREAS, Allan Hawkinson has been a credit to the Community and <br /> the police department. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,.
