According -to Ramsey County engineers , they accrued <br /> 10 feet on this property, and -on the other properties they have <br /> accrued 7 feet for the purpose of constructing. a sidewalk on the <br /> north section of County Road D. <br /> The Ramsey County Right-of-Way engineer. needs to update his con <br /> • struction slope easement which has to be signed by Mr. Johnson. <br /> I will take care of the necessary document when I receive it from <br /> Ramsey County.. The other utilities- on this property are not <br /> affected. <br /> The drainage plans have been submitted and are strictly private. <br /> The drainage plans have been submitted by Mr. Johnson with calcu- <br /> lations of roof and parking lot area to be drained. . The control- <br /> ling factors are taken care of by curbing and by .catch basin and <br /> piping to an open ditch located to- the north of St. Anthony 's storm <br /> sewer system. <br /> I can see no problem filing -the plat as submitted. <br /> LH/cjk <br /> • <br />
