l ' <br /> i <br /> • RESOLUTION 80-085 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE POLICY <br /> FOR MUNICIPAL SERVICE FOR THE REMOVAL OR <br /> ` CHIPPING OF SHADE TREES <br /> Whereas the City Council of the City of St. Anthony has provided <br /> a service for the residents for the purpose of disposing of the <br /> trimmings of shade trees by chipping or removal. <br /> Whereas., this service shall be provided once a year commencing <br /> the 'last week in April and the first week in May with the <br /> exception of storm damage to shade trees. The City staff would <br /> determine the magnitude of the emergency and would continue <br /> for a period of ten- days after said storm. <br /> Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved, the City Council of the City of <br /> St. Anthony hereby establishes this policy for the purpose of <br /> regulating-services . <br /> Adopted this day of /�ece, ti�;- 1980 . <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: --� <br /> Ci Manager <br /> • <br />
