RESOLUTION 81-002 <br /> A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING_MARCH 15 , 1981 <br /> AS CUT-OFF DATE FOR RECEIVING PETITIONS <br /> FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS., the City. Council of the City of St. Anthony has <br /> considered its construction program-, and. <br /> WHEREAS, the Council deems. it. necessary to establish a time <br /> limit on the requests for. public improvements so as to insure <br /> adequate time to comply with the improvement procedures as <br /> established in the Minnesota State Statutes. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the.
