RESOLUTION .81-004 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ENGINEERING HELP <br /> FROM MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION <br /> BE IT RESOLVED that. pursuant to statutory authority, the <br /> St. Anthony City_ Engineer, for and on behalf of the City of <br /> St. Anthony, is hereby authorized, upon approval of the City <br /> Manager, to request and obtain from the Minnesota Department <br /> of Transportation needed supplementary engineering and <br /> technical services during the year 1981,. for which payment <br /> will be made by the City of St. Anthony upon receipt of <br /> verified claims from. the Commissioner of Transportation. <br /> FURTHERMORE, that a copy of this resolution be sent to the <br /> City Engineer and the; Department of Transportation. <br /> Adopted this 13 day of , 1981 <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: Oet'�A (14G'4�j <br /> Reviewed for administration: Q <br /> Cit anager <br />
