I (3n RESOLUTION 81-008 A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS IN THE ANTHONY LANE NORTH AREA (PROJECT 81-01) BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council for the City of St. Anthony, Minnesota, as follows: (1) It is hereby found and determined that the City Engineer has reported to this Council that a local improvement as hereinafter described is feasible and may best be made as proposed, and not in conjunction with any other improvement, and that the estimated cost of said improvement to the City is $152 ,449 with road Sec. 1, $129 , 354 with road Sec. 2 . (2) Said improvement consists of the following: Street reconstruction consisting of base preparation, a bituminous surface, curb and gutter; storm sewer and waterline, located along Anthony Lane North and the St. Anthony-Roseville City boundary east of Anthony Lane (waterline) . .. (3) The area proposed to-be-assessed is that portion of the City lying north of '''C.S-.A.H. 94 -`.(County-_. Road C); 'and south of State Highway 88 . (4) This Council shall meet at the City Hall on Tuesday, the 10th day of February, 1981, at 8: 00 P.M. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed construction of said improvement. (5) The City Clerk is authorized and directed to cause notice of the time, place and purpose of said meeting to be published for two successive weeks in the St. Anthony Edition of the New Brighton Bulletin, being the official newspaper of the City, the first of such publications to be not less than 10 days and the second not less than 3 days prior to the date of said meeting, and to be mailed to the owners of property in the area proposed to be assessed not less than 10 days prior to the date of said meeting.
