RESOLUTION 81-013 <br /> A RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE 14ASTER AGREEMENT <br /> BETWEEN THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY AND INTER- <br /> NATIONAL UNION OF OPERATING ENGINEERS, LO- <br /> CAL NO. 49 , REPRESENTING THE ST.
